KRISTEN SHERMAN, CT, CCC

Kristen is driven by her passion for learning and making a positive impact on the lives of others.

She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa. Kristen is a registered Counselling Therapist (CT) with the College of Counselling Therapists of PEI (CCTPEI) and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). 

In addition to private practice, Kristen supports caregivers at the Alzheimer Society of PEI through their Caregiver Therapy Program that she helped develop. 

Kristen grew up in Ontario and spent five years living in Asia before settling in PEI. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, exploring new restaurants and foods, being physically active, and planning her next adventure
