

Sarah Carr Psychological Services (CarrPsych) is a private psychology practice in Prince Edward Island dedicated to offering comprehensive psychological assessments and therapy. Our team consists of Registered Psychologists, Counselling Therapists, and graduate student interns who strive to deliver evidence-based, effective clinical care for our clients. Our therapists are passionate, engaged, growth-oriented, non-judgmental, and professional. All clinical service providers at our practice are licensed to deliver psychological or psychotherapy services in Prince Edward Island or are supervised by a licensed provider.

We utilize evidence-based, current best practice approaches, such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Brief Solution Focused Therapy (BSFT) and Prolonged Exposure (PE), to effectively address issues related to depression, anxiety, ADHD, posttraumatic stress, and trauma-related disorders.
