JENI MUTCH

Jeni has been in the helping profession for a number of years and love supporting people in reaching their goals and improving their lives.

 As a provisional registered counsellor, Jeni provides a safe, respected, and nonjudgmental environment where you can share your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in a confidential, trusting, and caring space.

Jeni has experience in Solution Focus, CBT, and humanistic approach to therapy. Jeni enjoys working with people who have experienced trauma or have PTSD, depression, or anxiety symptoms, or with people who are experiencing low self-esteem and relationship issues. 

Jeni has training and enjoys working with people who experience chronic pain and insomnia, with a passion for working with everyone over the age of 10. Jeni delivers individual, couple and family counselling. Each session is customized to fit your needs so you can overcome the obstacles in your life and reach your goal
